Responsibilities
  • Serve as the key observer and analyst for the German market, providing valuable insights into emerging trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences
  • Collaborate closely with the Growth, Marketing, and Partnerships team to identify and research relevant sales targets within specific verticals and customer segments
  • Conduct thorough research to understand the personal interests and professional needs of our target prospects
  • Develop a deep understanding of prospect motivations, challenges, and buying behavior to tailor engagement strategies effectively
  • Take charge of lead generation initiatives by designing and executing outbound prospecting campaigns
  • Leverage all communication channels (email, LinkedIn, Instagram, phone calls, video messages) to generate leads on well-identified niche markets to achieve your monthly new revenue quota
  • Craft creative and personalized messaging to resonate with prospects across different channels, showcasing Bigblue's unique value proposition
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and resource
  • Organise or plan to attend events that your prospects will truly appreciate (Restaurants, sports events, sports sessions, music shows, etc)
  • Act as a brand evangelist, continuously promoting Bigblue's success stories and nurturing connections to create a favorable environment for negotiations
