  • Minimum of 3-4 years experience in residential mortgage sales, specifically purchase
  • Must be currently NMLS licensed
  • Track record of beating quota and winning sales awards, with references that verify motivation, success and solid work ethic
  • Knowledge of agency conventional underwriting products
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
  • High degree of integrity and work ethic
Responsibilities
  • Act as a loan originator for your own pipeline
  • Maximize conversion of the leads provided to you
  • Have detailed knowledge of all of Better’s lending products, specifically our Mortgage and Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) products
  • Guide borrowers through their mortgage process
  • Be solution-focused and provide borrowers with a world class customer service
  • Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Product, and Marketing on ways in which we can improve the borrower experience
  • You will be a business owner - evening and weekend availability is a must!
