Noviam provides entry-level professionals to financial services via a hire-train-deploy model. It sources candidates globally and trains them in a curriculum of over 60 modules, then deploys them to client sites for operational roles (compliance, risk, fund accounting, KYC/AML) and front-office client services. It differentiates itself by focusing on non-technical talent and offering risk-free deployments that can convert to permanent hires at no extra cost, backed by a large university and veteran candidate pipeline. Its goal is to deliver flexible, job-ready talent to help financial institutions scale, maintain workforce continuity, and access a diverse pool of trained candidates.
