Requirements
- A four-year degree is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience connecting and energizing people.
- Experience working in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to lift under 30 pounds frequently.
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
- Must love Jesus, the people of Highland Park Presbyterian Church, the city of Dallas, and the world.

Responsibilities
- Cultivate an environment of discipleship among young adults, including college graduates, singles, working adults, and young marrieds in their 30s.
- Creatively engage, shepherd, and foster community within the various life stages of young adults.
- Create a culture of servant leadership within the young adult generation.
- Equip young adults to bring their faith into the workplace.
- Provide intentional formation for young marrieds.
- Oversee the lead team in planning and fostering Sunday classes, social events, equipping workshops, and ongoing community groups.
- Maintain weekly contact with the young adult community and volunteers.
- Oversee Marriage Prep, a six-week class for seriously dating and engaged couples preparing for a Christ-centered marriage.
- Develop new ways to engage young marrieds who participate only in worship.
- Work with the Pastor of Discipleship to assist with teaching and worship responsibilities for the church at large.
- Motivate and empower the direct report.
- Hold regularly scheduled team meetings and keep the team informed.
- Hold the direct report accountable for outcomes and workplace expectations, including conducting regular reviews.
- Work with Human Resources and the immediate supervisor in the hiring and offboarding process.
