Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or Business Administration, or a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in supply chain management, with a portion in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

  • Determine optimal inventory levels and reorder points to balance supply with demand.
  • Develop strategies for managing inventory across various locations and stages in the supply chain.
  • Develop strategies to minimize shortages and ensure adequate inventory levels without overstocking.
  • Optimize inventory levels across the supply chain to reduce costs and improve cash flow.
  • Employ best practices, tools, and technologies to improve efficiency and accuracy in supply chain planning.
  • Analyze current supply chain processes from procurement to distribution.

  • Help select, implement and optimize Supply Chain management systems such as ERP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and advanced planning software.

  • Work closely with various departments (e.g., production, procurement, logistics) to ensure supply chain strategies align with overall business goals.

  • Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop strategies to mitigate them.
