Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market, or B2B SaaS marketing roles, ideally in vertical or enterprise software.
  • Strong strategic thinking and storytelling ability — you can turn complex products into compelling value props.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Comfortable in early-stage or 0→1 environments with high levels of ownership and ambiguity.
  • Familiarity with construction, real estate, or industrial software is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead the go-to-market strategy for the Owner, Developer, and General Contractor segment. Identify and prioritize growth opportunities in close collaboration with product, sales, and leadership.
  • Craft clear, persona-driven messaging that addresses the specific needs and pain points of Owners, Developers, and General Contractors. Establish a differentiated voice for Built in this space.
  • Lead product launches and integrated marketing campaigns from early signal testing through full-scale rollout. Drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline across channels.
  • Stay close to our target customers through research, interviews, and competitive analysis. Translate insights into marketing strategies that influence both GTM and product roadmaps. Contribute to the development of thought leadership, case studies, and testimonials.
  • Define KPIs for the segment, measure performance, and establish tight feedback loops. Iterate quickly to optimize messaging, campaigns, and channel strategy.
