  • 5+ years of occupational health and/or EHS work experience
  • Previous Medical/Nursing experience and/or related certification is strongly preferred
  • Knowledge and experience working with EHS regulations and standards
  • Knowledge of appropriate safety precautions and required PPE, to ensure a safe work environment for personnel
  • Experience implementing process improvement in an operational environment
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks and achieve results with a high degree of accuracy and precision
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Outgoing, proactive, and positive attitude; enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced start-up environment
  • Comfortable working with all levels and functions to achieve organizational objectives
  • Interpret applicable COVID-19 regulations and standards and provide gap analyses
  • Ensure COVID-19 policies and practices are in alignment with regulations and standards
  • Implement COVID-19 policies and practices throughout the organization
  • Audit sites for compliance
  • Manage cases and provide expertise as required
  • Maintain case logs
  • Prepare companywide communication
  • Escalate issues to management regarding concerns, violations, and compliance
  • Stay current on new developments in health and safety to improve processes
