Requirements
  • Admission to the New York Bar is required
  • One (1) to seven (7) years of experience defending condo and coop boards in inter-building disputes relating to property damage and allegations of breaches of building governance and fiduciary duty
  • Superior writing skills, strong analytical and research abilities, and excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
  • Manage all phases of litigation, including drafting and reviewing pleadings, legal research and analysis, motion practice, and oral advocacy
