  • At least 4-6 years of experience in product management in a SAAS or similar startup environment
  • Experience with Sales and CRM-type of products
  • Experience in a technical environment, basic SQL skills, and proficiency with analytics tools
  • MBA with experience in B2B Software products, or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
  • Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and experience working in an agile environment
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform product decisions
Responsibilities
  • Drive the product vision and roadmap for our Pipeline+, Quotes, and Estimations products, working closely with a team of engineers, designers, QA, and data engineers for execution
  • Engage with customers of various types and sizes to understand their needs and validate solutions
  • Help our customers find prospects that fit their ICP, perform estimations, and enable users to create and deliver accurate quotes for service jobs, service agreements, and projects
  • Challenge traditional approaches and conceptualize cutting edge solutions with AI and ML
  • Work closely with other Product Managers, Customer Success, and Sales team members to understand priorities and align the roadmap with business objectives
  • Communicate priorities and feature releases company wide for visibility. Work directly with early adopter customers for Beta Testing and feedback, and work closely with the Customer Success team for wider rollouts
  • Own CSAT and feature adoption KPIs, as well as KPIs that measure efficiency gained for our customers
Desired Qualifications
  • You have experience in and around the speciality contractor or construction world
  • You have experience with Estimation and Quoting products
  • Knowledge of Accounting concepts and systems
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, JIRA, Slack, Confluence
