Requirements
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in banking or trust operations, preferably with a background in digital asset management.
  • Bachelor's degree required; preferably in Business, Accounting, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of banking or trust operations, financial systems, and transaction processing.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to handle complex data and transactions.
  • Ability to think critically and troubleshoot issues in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Responsibilities
  • Provide operational and customer support for banking transactions, ensuring smooth processing.
  • Open and close accounts within our trust accounting system.
  • Perform daily processing of transactions, including data input and system updates.
  • Assist in system testing and contribute to process enhancements.
  • Manage the administration and operational support of all accounts under BitGo’s custody.
  • Respond to both internal and external inquiries with timely and accurate information.
  • Act as a proactive problem-solver, troubleshooting account-related questions and issues.
  • Work closely with the Trust Operations team and support cross-functional initiatives as needed.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as required by Trust Management.
