Requirements
  • Previous experience in a CRM role
  • Experience working with an ESP (preferably Responsys)
  • Experience working in a client-facing role (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding execution skills with strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding work planning and time management skills: ability to prioritize
  • Ability to work as part of a team whilst also operating pro-actively and independently
  • Ability to appropriately combine attention to detail with longer-term big-picture/strategic thinking
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts to team members and clients
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Google analytics
Responsibilities
  • Management and execution of CRM Strategy for leading fashion brands
  • Build a strong working relationship with the brand and support them achieve their growth targets
  • Day-to-day management and execution of CRM campaigns, liaising with the brand and CRM Production Specialists to deliver campaigns on time and as per specification
  • Build email campaigns and programs within our 3rd party ESP (Responsys)
  • Analyse CRM performance and provide insights and recommendations to the brand based on these results
  • Launch new automated personalised CRM campaigns, working with BI, Data Science and Product on data requirements
  • Work with internal teams such as Product, BI and development teams to define and prioritise the CRM tech development roadmap
  • Support the brand to develop and refine relevant customer segments for targeted campaigns
  • Have a test-and-learn approach to new digital marketing initiatives
