Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Strong automation, mechanical and pneumatic knowledge and aptitude
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Supervisor in technical manufacturing working with complex equipment
  • Experience working with automated assembly equipment is preferred
  • Experience working with high volume automated systems is preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and mechanical drawings
  • Basic computer skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to expand your professional knowledge
Responsibilities
  • Supervise equipment maintenance to support Axon manufacturing operations
  • Communicate relevant equipment status to associated manufacturing line leads and supervisors
  • Aid to Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, determine corrective actions and communicate with Manufacturing Engineers to resolve issues
  • Manage and complete work orders in Axon's computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
  • Determine equipment spare parts needs within Axon's CMMS to aid inventory accuracy and prevent downtime
  • Participate in process reviews for products as required
  • Engage in problem solving & brainstorming, both individually and as part of the Axon team
  • Follow Axon's Environmental Health and Safety guidelines
