Responsibilities
  • Own the overall relationship with assigned customers
  • Establish trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each assigned customer
  • Develop, prepare, and nurture customers for advocacy
  • Build successful security testing programs for customers
  • Monitor day-to-day service execution and customer satisfaction
  • Work with customers to establish critical goals and aid in achieving desired business outcomes
  • Manage annual renewal process for customers
  • Identify and develop upsell opportunities
  • Advocate customer needs cross-departmentally
  • Provide ongoing training of products and new features
  • Program manage account escalations and resolve them
  • Engage with external and internal stakeholders
  • Develop Success Plans for every assigned customer and hold Executive Business Reviews
