About the Role
Uber Health is one of the fastest-growing segments within Uber for Business. The Enterprise Business Development Representative, Uber Health role will require a high volume of cold calling, prospecting, lead qualification, and discovery. Based on historical trends, this position will prioritize outreach to key verticals such as transportation providers, brokers, behavioral health, home health, and more.
What you’ll do:
- Meet or exceed SQL and ARR targets each week.
- Meet or exceed daily call and activity requirements.
- Utilize SFDC, AI, and historical data to curate targeted lists for lead generation, prospecting, and qualifying deals using the B.A.N.T. framework.
- Own the entire qualification and discovery process. BDRs are responsible for unlocking Enterprise deals by thoroughly qualifying leads upfront and uncovering Enterprise value with exceptional discovery.
- Manage light implementation and resolve frequent technical issues to ensure customers can effectively use the platform.
Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of technology sales in an outbound role
- Expert when it comes to top of the funnel sales fundamentals: Lead generation, qualification, and discovery
- Experience in Salesforce, Zoominfo, Groove, ChatGPT, and excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to create and manage SFDC reports, leverage AI to identify prospective targets, and experience with running queries.
- Experience in the healthcare industry or selling to healthcare providers.
- Familiarity with consumption-based revenue models (e.g., Gross Bookings from rides taken).
- Experience working in or selling within the Transportation Provider/Broker space.
- History of excellence. You’ve been #1 amongst your peers in work or life endeavors and can describe your process clearly.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$80,000 per year - USD$88,750 per year.
