Responsibilities
  • Design, develop and lead a specific product or group of services from definition and planning through launch, usage, and end of life
  • Define product requirements and use cases based on input from customers, the field, and surveying the overall DAM market & competitive landscape
  • Engage with diverse partners – sales, marketing, services, operations, support, documentation, engineering – to help define and deliver the best customer journey
  • Assist in driving field enablement activities, including the creation and delivery of presentation materials, demo assets and scripts, and webinars
