Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 10 years of project management experience on commercial or government construction projects is required.
  • A Project Management Professional certification or other project management certificate is required.
  • An active Secret Clearance is required.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee all construction efforts at a large project site and serve as the designated site lead for the project team.
  • Provide direction to the team and coordinate schedules and workload.
  • Perform all project management tasks.
  • Manage construction and service projects on a day-to-day basis.
  • Coordinate with customers and conduct schedule and design reviews.
  • Develop solutions to construction problems or existing conditions encountered in the field.
  • Review contractor submittals for contract performance.
  • Provide support throughout project acquisition phases, including answering offeror questions, attending and participating in site orientation visits, and attending and participating in joint contractor and government meetings.
  • Draft technical responses to change orders.
  • Prepare statements of work and cost estimates for new contracts and contract modifications.
