Requirements
  • Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, finance (investment banking or manufacturing), or management consulting strongly preferred
  • Interest in manufacturing, electric vehicles, technology, and operations
  • Proven ability to a breadth and depth of information quickly and connect the dots to develop/update/execute action plans and anticipate potential risks
  • Ability to work with successfully with cross-functional teams on complex projects
  • Ability to troubleshoot various technical issues and research effective solutions
  • Proficient in Excel for data analytics and BI software (Tableau) for data visualization
  • Proficient in PowerPoint. Desire to learn new tools/methodologies
  • Proficient in Confluence, Sharepoint, Jira, and Smartsheets as plus
  • Strong attention to detail, high level of organization, and analytic skills to convert data into decision and insightful stories
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
