Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience at a digital agency in multiple strategy roles (e.g. experience strategy, brand strategy, communication strategy, media strategy)
  • Deep expertise in business strategy, consulting, and digital transformation
  • Use to work in an international environment, including international accounts
  • Strong track record of engaging with C-suite stakeholders (CMOs, CTOs) to influence business outcomes
  • Experience working across complex, matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to bridge the gap between creative, media, technology, and business consulting
  • Experience with leading €XM+ accounts from a strategy perspective
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a focus on growth enablement and strategic business development
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, able to provide clarity and direction amidst change
Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor for our most important clients in EMEA
  • Talk business with (potential) clients by truly understanding their challenges from a business point of view and connecting them to clear, achievable, and ambitious solutions
  • Connect and lead senior craft people to solve our client’s strategic business challenges
  • Help our senior talent broaden their scope and capabilities by acting is an in real life example: lead by doing
  • Strategic Storytelling: Develop compelling, connected narratives that resonate with C-level stakeholders, particularly CMOs and CTOs
  • Lead our key pitches from a craft perspective, focusing on delivering work that goes beyond the brief
