CTI Foods provides custom food solutions for large restaurant chains, B2B manufacturers, and retailers, guiding projects from R&D to final product rollout. It makes value-added products such as cooked proteins, soups, sauces, and dehydrated beans using grinding, marinating, cooking, and freezing. Six USDA/FDA-approved facilities in Idaho, Iowa, California, Kentucky, and Texas with BRC and SQF certifications ensure scale and safety. By acting as a menu development partner and manufacturing collaborator rather than just a supplier, CTI Foods aims to help customers bring customized food solutions to market efficiently and at scale.
