Requirements
  • Associate’s degree in HR or equivalent experience required; Bachelor’s degree a plus
  • PHR preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in human resources administration
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate with tact and diplomacy
  • Ability to coach others
  • Ability to collaborate and work as a member of a team
  • Ability to listen and understand information presented through spoken or written words, as well as, convey information effectively to others
  • Ability to influence others on policies, practices, and procedure
  • Effective at capturing and synthesizing information from multiple parties
  • Ability to handle sensitive and highly personal information daily and maintain confidentiality in a mature and insightful manner
  • Ability to maintain up-to-date knowledge and understanding of various Federal, State and Local labor laws and other Human Resources related topics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with case management technology and Workday transactions preferred
Responsibilities
  • Processes onboarding transactions in Workday such as, but not limited to, updating, and editing personnel data, manual hires, etc. Audits new hire data for accuracy.
  • Conducts onboarding process for incoming Associates including initiating and monitoring pre-employment screening.
  • Serves as a resource for candidates and new hires.
  • Reviews dashboard metrics daily to optimize efficiency and ensure work is completed in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Provides reports to Field HR and COE’s to be used in solving people related business challenges and implementing HR strategy.
  • Serves as a mentor to less experienced HR Shared Services team members (Tier 1)
  • Participates on Human Resources and/or company-wide project teams.
  • Other duties as assigned.
