Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field, and at least three years of professional experience in program management or service coordination.
  • At least two years of experience leading a professional team.
  • Experience working in a multidisciplinary setting.
  • Proficiency in electronic systems including, but not limited to, Google Suite, Trayt, Slack, Athena, Calendly.
  • Strong communication, technological, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee development of policies, processes, workflows, dashboards, training materials, and other assets to ensure clinical operations effectiveness. Review, analyze, and interpret data to make informed decisions that guide operational strategy. Utilize data insights to improve overall efficiency across program functions. Recommend and develop sustainable and scalable changes. Coordinate and provide project management support across teams to ensure implementation and monitor effectiveness of data-driven strategies. Establish and monitor internal performance goals and expectations.
  • Manage high-risk, high-cost projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders. Develop program strategies and monitor metrics to ensure alignment with TCMHCC goals. Determine clinical operations priorities, develop workflows, and set tasks that align with TCMHCC performance goals and expectations. Uses findings to collaborate with clinical staff, leadership, administrators, and stakeholders to inform strategic planning. Develop, champion, and ensure compliance with organization’s program management methodology, tools, and techniques.
  • Provide direct supervision to the clinical operations team. Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and evaluate employees, developing promotion pathways and identifying professional development opportunities aligned with employee career goals and program needs.
  • Serve as the technical expert for the effective utilization, optimization, and implementation of technology platforms. Provide strategic guidance on platform capabilities, ensure alignment with organizational goals, and lead initiatives to enhance system performance and user adoption. Provide technical support during system upgrades and ongoing issue resolution.
  • Represent program and Dell Medical School to key external stakeholders, including leaders in medical, non-profit, government, and education sectors. Attend professional conferences and meetings, author and deliver presentations, write reports, and conduct trainings.
  • Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Experience working in high-level administrative or operational leadership in K-12, medical, non-profit, or mental health settings.
  • Experience developing, scaling, and sustaining technology-focused product or service, preferably related to telehealth.
  • Knowledge of state and federal policies, agencies, and/or resources related to pediatric mental health.
  • Knowledge of national, state, and local mental health policy and providers.
  • Knowledge of best practices in project management and program improvement.
  • Experience writing and monitoring grants and contracts.
  • Knowledge of HIPPA and FERPA regulations related to student services and mental health.
  • Experience in program evaluation.
  • Knowledge of telehealth technical products, services, and best practices for pediatric mental health service delivery.
