Requirements
  • Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in any major.
  • Demonstrated excellent written English for communicating clearly with school administrators and users in public settings.
  • Ability to stay organized while tracking multiple open threads and district relationships.
  • Ability to maintain a steady, professional tone when responding to criticism and frustrated users.
  • Comfort communicating with adults in professional settings by email, video, and occasionally in person.
  • Ability to work independently within a structured environment.
  • Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; F-1 international students must have CPT or OPT authorization.
  • Must be able to work in California.
Responsibilities
  • Support intake for incoming district data privacy agreement requests, security questionnaires, and compliance inquiries by logging, categorizing, routing, and tracking each request to closure.
  • Prepare compliance requests for review by summarizing the request, flagging non-standard items, and handing off a complete package; legal and management retain responsibility for review, negotiation, and signature.
  • Build and maintain a response library of standard answers and completed questionnaires.
  • Support onboarding of school administrators to the BAND school portal after agreements are executed.
  • Coordinate recurring email communications to school administrators about safe BAND usage, including privacy settings, administrator controls, and best practices for youth groups.
  • Maintain education help center content and frequently asked questions.
  • Review app store ratings and reviews regularly, identify user frustrations and valued features, and respond to reviews requiring a reply using approved guidelines.
  • Coordinate inquiries about BAND for Kids account creation, including parental consent and setup questions.
  • Monitor group leader communities hosted in BAND, answer questions, and surface recurring themes.
  • Create regular digests for product and support teams covering what is breaking, confusing, and working.
  • Research franchise, adult community group, and youth organization market segments.
  • Recruit and support user interviews and synthesize findings into actionable themes.
  • Support product demonstrations for prospective partners and new-market groups.
  • Produce supporting content, including one-pagers, case studies, demonstration decks, social posts, and email copy.
  • Support conference and partner meeting preparation, including follow-up and customer relationship management hygiene.
Desired Qualifications
  • Prior internship experience at a software, education technology, or business-to-business company.
  • Fluency in written and spoken Korean.
  • Exposure to compliance, legal operations, contracts, procurement, or policy.
  • Experience in a customer-facing or community management role.
  • Familiarity with K-12 or youth sports environments.
  • Comfort using content tools such as Canva, Figma, and video editing tools, as well as customer relationship management or project-tracking tools.
