  • You should have completed at least one prior reporting internship with another professional media organization or published exceptional work with a campus news outlet or as a freelancer.
  • Dedication to high journalism standards and excellent writing and reporting skills are required.
Responsibilities
  • You will work closely with other reporters and editors to deliver prompt, accurate news stories and lively features.
  • You will generate and pitch your own story ideas, following those stories through to completion with supervision and guidance from an editor.
  • You will be based in our New York City newsroom, and assigned to produce engaging, reader-first work in one of our key coverage areas: Personal Finance, Workplace, Education, Travel, Personal Tech or Consumer Health.
