- A minimum of 10 years of experience supporting and deploying complex Active Directory Domain Services.
- Strong scripting skills in VBScript and PowerShell.
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory schema extensions and promoting new domain controllers.
- Experience designing and building new Active Directory services and troubleshooting replication.
- Experience with firewall configuration requirements for domain and domain-client communications.
- Experience with advanced Group Policy administration, including WMI filtering, precedence settings, and item-level targeting.
- Experience with organizational unit design and delegation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate information, make decisions, communicate clearly, anticipate obstacles, and develop resolution plans.
- Serve as the technical lead for all Active Directory-related projects and operational support.
- Provide Active Directory support to teams requiring it.
- Support LDAP integration, certificates, Group Policy administration, domain controller deployment and support, custom schema extensions, Active Directory Federation Services, Public Key Infrastructure, Domain Name System, and user logon scripts.
- Support domain upgrade projects.
- Compose scripts to automate system administrative tasks and generate reports.
- Provide support for Office 365-related services and technologies.
- Troubleshoot authentication issues with other IT support teams.
- Provide video, meeting, and collaboration support for Skype for Business.
- Support OneDrive for Business and execute departmental plans for migrating user data.
- Support and document Exchange Online.
- Document and support Office 365 SharePoint Online and Delve.
- Document and support Office mobile applications on mobile devices.
- Support and document PST migration as the department migrates PST data to online mailboxes through network upload or drive shipping.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for implementing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions supporting integration with Azure application integration and data and analytics solutions.
- Collaborate with the Security Team, Core Network Team, SCCM Team, Workstation Support Teams, Mobile Device Management Team, trainers, and other state agencies as required.
- Build strong customer relationships and maintain a customer focus.
- Demonstrated understanding of and interest in current and emerging technologies through training, job experience, and/or industry activities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with others and incorporate input from various sources.
