Sales & Account Management
  • Play an instrumental role in the planning and execution of marketing initiatives for each account, defining innovative and best in class retail plans and digital campaigns, supporting retailer activity calendars and managing/ defining total retail promotional strategy and activations
  • Support development and execution of a seamless omni-store strategy, partnering with our field and sell thru teams across events, visual merchandising, and inventory needs
  • Oversee omni product assortments maximizing productivity, mix, and presentation driving innovation focused on optimizing current programs, and building/ testing new programs and opportunities
  • Create, Manage and execute omni sampling programs for retail
  • Facilitate strong cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Ecommerce, Marketing, Operations, and Education
  • Collaborate with the Key Account Director to create market plans equipped to drive strong visibility and recruit new clients. Manage, develop, and strengthen retailer ecommerce channel experience, programs and PDP content and SEO optimization,, negotiating best in class site exposure to align with key retailer, brand, or product moments
  • Collaborate and develop retailer specific media plans including CRM/ targeting campaigns and strategies
  • Ability to travel as needed (~20%)
  • 6-8+ years of industry experience and 3+ years of Account Management/ Sales experience in beauty within Ulta or Sephora required
  • Exceptional analytical capabilities and Excel skills

  • Omni Channel Management with a focus on best in class retail account partnership, fostering excellent working relationships with all members of merchant teams
  • Primarily focused on retailer B&M and planning strategy, while also serving as the primary point of contact supporting the digital retailer business plans and priorities
  • Integral in continuing to build momentum on strong retail development and expansion strategy, including negotiating and planning with Key Account Director and VP of Sales, how best to partner, optimize key levers, and competitive trade offs within channels
  • Manage the sell in and assist in sell through strategies for the retail accounts across both B&M and Dotcom to support omni revenue and growth targets. Compile all daily, weekly and monthly retail sales reports including competitive retail reports and mix of business. Interact with buying office & internal teams in all aspects of the ordering process to ensure the company's net and retail goals are met
  • Drive strong comp revenue and profitability to fuel rapid growth, achieving aggressive sales goals while expanding market share and supporting omni plans
  • Responsible for the overall stock levels and ensure appropriate product mix of stock is available in the stores/online by assuring timely ordering, proactively monitoring and resolving low or out of stock conditions
  • Assistance in budget planning and actualizing process alongside Key Account Director
