  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data.

  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
  • Product Management of a Specific Domain or Product
  • Product Strategy: Develop and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy for a specific domain or product within our technology platform, revolutionizing the travel booking landscape and driving the industry's evolution.
  • Roadmap Planning: Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap for the designated domain, outlining specific features and initiatives on the new platform, prioritizing according to market opportunities and customer needs.
  • Product Requirements: Responsible for creating a product brief and detailed business & product requirements followed by collaborating with the Product Owner on translating this into epics and/or user stories.
  • Product Delivery: Oversee the development process in collaboration with tech & design partners, ensuring timely project delivery meeting predefined requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders and support teams to build and execute effective go-to-market strategies for your product(s).
  • Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (OKRs) crucial for measuring the success of the product or feature, facilitating continual improvement.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Foster transparent communication with team leads and external travel vendors & internal clients.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and challenges in the travel tech platform's development and suggest proactive mitigation plans.
  • Process Improvement & Documentation: Support the development and enhancement of new processes and knowledge base articles aimed at standardizing Product Management practices.
