Salary Range: 70000 to 75000 (Currency: USD) (Pay period: per-year-salary)

Great organizations are made of great people. We’re looking to fill an Integration Specialist role on our growing team. This is a full-time position. The primary responsibility is supporting our VP of Product and Integrations in establishing new and maintaining existing integrations for our healthcare SaaS application. The ideal candidate would have job experience in a similar technical support role. Candidates must enjoy and work well with technology and possess great written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Learn and understand the infusion center and pharmacy healthcare models
- Maintain a working knowledge of WeInfuse products and associated platforms, integrations, and systems
- Support and lead testing calls when establishing new integration connections with client teams to ensure integrations are working as expected and client workflow requirements are met
- Collaborate with our integration partner and other stakeholders, including clients and EHR integration teams, during the integration setup process to ensure effective communication between all parties, track project status, and ensure project timelines are met
- Manage the data cleanup process to ensure existing data across WeInfuse and client EHRs are mapped correctly as part of the integration setup process
- Provide effective and accurate technical integration onboarding guidance and ongoing support for customers across multiple channels (phone calls, emails, desktop sharing, etc) in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor integration logs and proactively identify and troubleshoot potential issues for existing integration connections
- Collaborate with the Client Success and Software Engineering teams to identify bugs and provide feedback
- Identify and maintain standard responses for often-encountered integration issues and documentation gaps
- Provide excellent client service with friendly, professional responses
- Go beyond your comfort zone when needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, required
- 2+ years of experience with web application support in a technical helpdesk or customer support environment
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding measurable goals
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task and manage multiple projects at once
- Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills, including ability to communicate with all levels of org chart
- Ability to say: “I don’t know, but I can get that answer for you” and then find the answer for the client
- Excellent computer skills: Google Suite and all Microsoft Office Applications
- Able to work independently (but understand we won’t leave you on an island)
