  • Ability to work on-site 4-5 days per week during business hours, with occasional after-hours availability for events and special activities.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of Plusgrade’s headquarters in Montreal, ensuring a welcoming, well-organized, and efficient workplace.
  • Act as the go-to person for all office-related needs, including supplies, vendors, mail services, and maintenance.
  • Manage relationships with office vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring high-quality service.
  • Plan and coordinate in-office events, team gatherings, and cultural initiatives to enhance employee engagement and team bonding, while actively contributing to the Social Committee.
  • Partner with IT and other teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees, including desk setup and office access.
  • Help manage the booking and coordination of meeting rooms, hoteling (Envoy system), multi-purpose and shared spaces, ensuring efficient use of office resources.
  • Assist in optimizing hybrid work setups by coordinating resources, workspace reservations, and ensuring remote employees have the tools they need to stay connected.
  • Provide logistical support for global offices as needed, helping to coordinate workspace solutions, vendor management, and office-related initiatives across locations.
  • Lead and support health and safety initiatives, ensuring compliance with workplace policies, best practices, and regulatory requirements as an active member of the Joint Health and Safety Committee (JHSC).
  • Be a key point of contact for employee inquiries related to office policies, HR programs, and workplace initiatives.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including responding to employee inquiries, managing documentation, and possibly coordinating with external providers.
  • Assist with general People team coordination, including maintaining records, organizing documentation, and ensuring accurate data entry.
  • As needed, assist with other coordination tasks across the People team to ensure a smooth employee experience.
