Requirements
  • 7-10 years of experience in luxury travel, premium hospitality, or as a Destination Specialist
  • Proven ability to thrive in a hybrid environment, balancing high-volume inbound requests with the proactive management of a personal client portfolio
  • Destination expertise in Hawaii, Mexico, Caribbean, South Pacific, Australia/New Zealand, and Asia, with strong hotel and property knowledge; placement testing or proof of certification may be required
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional service in a refined, luxury-focused environment
  • Strong consultative sales expertise with a focus on tailored luxury recommendations and curated travel experiences
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished and professional presence
  • Highly organized, with the ability to support complex, multi-destination itineraries
  • Proficiency with reservation systems and business applications; adaptable to new tools
  • Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated, while thriving in a collaborative team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to retain, synthesize, and organize extensive system, destination and product knowledge
  • Availability to work variable shifts including weekends
Responsibilities
  • Provide refined luxury travel consultation to travel advisors and their clients, showcasing destination and product expertise
  • Effectively manage both inbound service queue requests and a personal client portfolio, ensuring timely support while cultivating long-term advisor partnerships
  • Respond promptly to incoming inquiries through phone, email, and system queues
  • Recommend curated travel experiences, highlighting our premier luxury resorts, tours, and services
  • Anticipate needs and suggest enhancements that elevate and personalize the client experience
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of luxury destinations, properties, promotions, and travel trends
  • Handle multiple high-value reservations simultaneously with precision and discretion
  • Provide back-up support to fellow Destination Specialists during peak demand periods, maintaining consistency in service excellence
  • Collaborate with Product teams to identify and strengthen partnerships with global luxury brands
