Requirements
  • Extensive HR experience, including leadership roles; experience in the media, data or technology industries preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in a relevant field.
  • Deep understanding of HR operational functions, policies, and procedures.
  • Demonstrated expertise in employee development, employee engagement, hiring plans and organizational change.
  • Ability to align talent strategies with business goals, this would include talent assessments, change management, team building, individual development plans and coaching.
  • Knowledge of trends in the market and our competitors in the media, technology and data industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in HR analytics.
  • Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals and values.
  • Advise senior leadership on organizational design, talent strategy, and workforce planning.
  • Champion a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR matters.
  • Implement programs to enhance employee engagement and morale.
  • Address employee concerns and resolve workplace conflicts professionally.
  • Oversee performance appraisal processes and provide tools for continuous feedback.
  • Develop training programs to enhance skills and career development opportunities.
  • Create leadership development plans for high-potential employees.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Ensure the business understand the need for collaboration, innovation, and shared values.
  • Heavily contribute to a culture of respect, belonging and encouraging others to do the same.
  • Lead by example, support open communication, and create an environment where diverse perspectives are valued and will be critical to the success of our team and organization.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR policies and industry best practices.
  • Manage HR-related risks, including handling sensitive employee matters confidentially.
  • Support the Head of Global Mobility as necessary including: expatriate onboarding and in country support and compliance activities including tax, immigration and social security.
