Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in human resources, human resources operations, or customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the offer and onboarding process, including new hire orientation.
  • Manage the exit and offboarding process.
  • Maintain the human resources information system daily, support system enhancements, and ensure efficient human resources operations.
  • Manage employee reward and recognition programs and processes.
  • Administer mandatory employee training by tracking completion, maintaining records, issuing reminders, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and company requirements.
  • Manage and maintain employee swag inventory, fulfillment processes, and vendor coordination.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Process employment verifications.
  • Maintain the People and Culture SharePoint site.
  • Partner strongly with Total Rewards, Human Resources Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition teams.
  • Provide ad hoc People and Culture team administrative support.
