We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our team.
What You’ll Do
- You will work with business and technical stakeholders to identify their business problems and develop the right approach and analytical solution.
- Understand and analyze functional impacts on Go-To Market applications.
- Performing/interpreting requirement analysis to identify value creation opportunities.
- Planning and managing business diagnosis and planning activities
- Design and document new process and system changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above from top-tier university in IT or related disciplines required.
- 2+ years business systems analysis experience
- Required: At least 1 year of Salesforce Platform experience in Sales Cloud
- Prior experience in a sizable digital transformation project.
- Good understanding of Agile or Scrum methodology.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Plus: Salesforce Admin certification

The annual base salary range is: $102,000-$153,000. Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
