Responsibilities
  • Build MongoDB Atlas Serverless features using Java, C++, and JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Lead and contribute to complex technical projects
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to incorporate user perspectives
  • Diagnose and fix issues alongside customers and support engineers
  • Coordinate with MongoDB server, driver, and other cloud engineers to make changes or contribute to their projects
  • Work with team members to improve our codebase, best practices, and design principles
  • Learn from and mentor other team members
  • In 3 months, you'll have shipped code into production and collaborated with the team to solve tough problems
  • In 6 months, you'll be responsible for reviewing code and have contributed to a large project
  • In 12 months, you'll have designed new features, led a project to completion, become a go-to expert on parts of the system and served as a mentor to junior engineers
