  • A background in early or growth stage digital companies, top tier content distribution and/or management consultancy
  • You are passionate and have a deep understanding of technology and preferably music/entertainment spaces
  • Have managed small teams within a highly dynamic environment
  • Experience working with distributed and international teams and stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Strong knowledge of audit and internal control principles, financial, operational technology processes, risks and risk management is desired
  • Willing to roll up your sleeves when needed, love for problem solving, and geared towards taking the initiative to get things done
  • Comfortable with taking risks and navigating ambiguity - leaning on data to guide decisions and build insights to support the growth of the business
  • Lead the work to support the team's key strategic and business planning processes, leveraging your experience, OKRs and other industry standard methodologies to ensure the team achieves ambitious goals
  • Drive maximum output via a rigorous approach to reducing barriers to execution and driving efficiency in team interactions
  • Identify, analyze and optimize key business processes to drive efficiency and high volume from the team
  • Create and maintain support for our financial and compliance teams to ensure we have robust processes and monitoring to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and regulatory compliance
  • Manage a small team of passionate and innovative operations professionals while working with global, dispersed teams in a Work From Anywhere environment
  • Manage and drive improvements of business support systems such as Monday.com
