  • Proven closing experience as an Account Executive in a SaaS or similar tech environment
  • Strong outbound prospecting skills with a track record of generating and managing your own pipeline
  • Confidence in negotiating with senior decision-makers and handling complex sales processes
  • Ability to explain technical SaaS concepts in a simple, compelling way to non-technical audiences
  • Native-level (or C2) German and professional English skills
  • 2+ years of CRM experience (Salesforce is a plus)
  • Hands-on mentality and self-motivation to drive results without heavy direction
  • Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a high-change, high-growth environment
Responsibilities
  • Take full ownership of the sales cycle: From sourcing your own pipeline to closing deals and handing over to Customer Success
  • Consistently generate new business through cold calling, email, LinkedIn outreach, in-person visits, and referrals
  • Build and nurture relationships with both C-level executives at multi-million-euro companies and owners of family-run businesses
  • Conduct tailored product demos that create urgency and showcase the business impact of Choco’s solutions
  • Negotiate commercial terms that deliver win-win partnerships with long-term value
  • Represent Choco at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with SDRs, CSMs, and Sales Leadership to share market insights and refine our Go-To-Market approach
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities, targets, and product offerings in a fast-moving startup environment
