But right now, process for onboarding, training and reporting isn't consistent across every market, pre-regulated or regulated. This role changes that: one set of playbooks, built once, that work everywhere they're needed.

What you’ll build with us:The operations pack for every regulated market lives here: onboarding, offboarding, training documentation, reporting processes, ATLS (Affiliate Traffic Light System) and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) - always current and easy to find. Inefficiencies get spotted and fixed, with AI and automation doing the repetitive daily work. Dashboards and QA checklists keep standards, SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and reporting timelines on track. And across Marketing Enablement, Finance, Compliance and Product, you’re the person who keeps everyone aligned and every action moving.We know that innovation ignites when we build and create together, in person. The impact you’ll make:

• You are the connecting gear between the Affiliate team and the wider business. You will bridge operational execution with business priorities, ensuring both move together. Your work has a broad impact, so it's important to look beyond individual tasks and keep the bigger picture in mind.
• Support the day-to-day needs of the Affiliate Marketing team, helping Marketing Enablement and Senior Affiliate Managers prepare new regulated market launches and coordinating stakeholders to keep projects, documentation and templates on track
• Document and maintain operational processes for every regulated market, covering onboarding, offboarding, training, reporting, ATLS and SOPs and build scalable playbooks that can be replicated across future launches
• Support onboarding for new Affiliate team members across regulated and pre-regulated markets, maintaining guides, checklists and learning resources and help coordinate training sessions for a consistent experience
• Identify operational inefficiencies and help implement improvements, including AI tools and automation, to boost efficiency, consistency and scalability across Affiliate Operations
• Maintain reporting processes, operational dashboards, QA documentation and ATLS processes, monitoring standards, SLAs and reporting timelines
• Work closely with Affiliate Managers, Marketing Enablement, Finance, Compliance and Product, asking the right questions to uncover pain points and keep stakeholders aligned across projects
• Track work in JIRA, Notion and Confluence, and support reports, presentations and administrative activities across Affiliate Operations initiatives

Your track record:

• 2+ years' experience in operations, project coordination, administration or a similar support role
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail, and the ability to document processes clearly and accurately
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, and comfortable communicating with stakeholders across different teams
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement
• Experience using Slack as a primary workplace communication and collaboration platform, and comfortable working in a highly collaborative, Slack-first environment where clear, timely communication is essential
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, and comfortable learning new systems and technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with strong ownership and accountability

Bonus points if you also have:

• Background supporting operational or marketing teams
• Skilled in creating SOPs and process documentation
• Exposure to project management platforms such as JIRA and Confluence
