Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a distributed IT operations team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning across multiple locations
  • Oversee enterprise IT infrastructure, ensuring high performance and robust security protocols for Data & IP
  • Partner with our creative and data science teams to ensure the seamless integration and performance of AI tools and platforms
  • Manage relationships with technology vendors to optimize value and budget efficiency
  • Champion automation initiatives across all IT operations functions

  • Previous experience at a media environment (e.g. creative agency, production company, advertising agency, or similar environment)
