- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a lab and office environment.
- Conduct standardized material durability and weathering tests in accordance with lab procedures.
- Accurately record and document test results using internal systems.
- Interpret basic test findings and communicate them clearly and professionally to clients via phone or email.
- Provide technical explanations of test procedures and results to non-technical audiences.
- Coordinate with the lab team and clients to ensure timely updates and resolution of questions or issues.
- Support the sales team in maintaining client relationships and identifying follow-up testing needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized testing environment and follow all safety protocols.
