Requirements
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field (required).
  • Licensed or license-eligible (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or equivalent).
  • CADC II or higher
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in behavioral health, substance use disorder treatment, or residential services.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory or program management experience, preferably in a women and children’s program.
  • This role requires the Associate Director to be primarily available on-site; Must be located in the Eugene, OR area or be willing to commute.
  • Background Check Approval from the Department of Human Services (Initiated post-offer)
  • Pre-employment Drug Screening (including Cannabis/THC) (Initiated post-offer)
  • Effective 03/28/2025- Willamette Family has a required 12 month waiting period before former clients can apply for employment. Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of residential treatment services, ensuring quality care, safety, and compliance with licensing/accreditation standards.
  • Supervise and support program staff through recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Contribute to client care by supporting assessments, treatment planning, and coordination with families and community partners.
  • Monitor program outcomes, maintain data tracking systems, and support continuous quality improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong community partnerships.

  • Experience working with underserved, marginalized, and culturally diverse populations.
  • Skilled in staff supervision, program operations, and crisis management.
