Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate events (including kids birthday parties)
  • Deliver friendly customer service by helping customers shop and find products
  • Ensure all customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience
  • Complete operational tasks including truck unload, merchandise duties, and maintaining store recovery standards
  • Engage with clients of all ages by creating an environment of fun and creativity
  • Demonstrate and instruct party participants in the completion of craft projects
  • Facilitate and implement party add-ons such as goody bags, balloons, etc.
  • Communicate events with clients and store team members
  • Complete administrative tasks such as answering emails, making phone calls, and completing paperwork
  • Adjust plans and events based on client’s feedback and needs
  • Create backup or emergency plans to be executed as needed
  • Ensure client satisfaction for scheduled events
  • Uphold the company’s cleanliness and safety standards
  • Participate in the truck unload, stocking and planogram (POGs) processes
  • Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance
  • Perform Store in Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
  • Support shrink and safety programs
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs
  • Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner
  • Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
  • Participate in daily store cleanliness activities
