Job Responsibilities:

Must have the ability to lead and direct the field operations for a large volume of contract repair.
Support Open Order sales and operations when needed.
Maintaining customer quality assurance; emphasis on safety, improving efficiencies, managing the expenditure of labor, materials and performance to schedule and/or estimate
Providing technical support
Drive safety in the workplace. Approve JHA’s, perform safety audits and lead high risk calls.

Education:

High school education required; BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience

Experience/Qualifications:

5+ years of Elevator industry experience is required; field experience is preferred
Candidates must have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
Self-motivated individuals who have the ability to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities are a must
Candidates must have strong computer skills
