What You’ll Bring:
This role will act as the Product Operations Manager of the Phone Intelligence Solutions team and is responsible for supporting usage and financial forecasting, intergroup operations reviews, expense and capital budget development and payments. The role will be tasked with providing analysis of trends that guide future product direction. This role will partner and collaborate with stakeholders across Engineering, Finance, and Data Strategy. The Product Operations Lead will have the opportunity to lead the development of operations review, KPIs, and standard reporting.
- Combined minimum of 7 years’ experience in reporting, vendor management and product implementation.
- Experience in creating financial and operational reports for high volume, complex services.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting platforms (preferably Power Bi)
- Ability to act work with Operations, Engineering, and Finance teams to coordinate forecasting, reporting and roadmap.
- Experience with expense management process including invoices, purchase orders, budgeting, and payment.

- Demonstrable ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives across diverse product lines.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
Impact You’ll Make:
- This position will have high visibility across product platforms, customers, and internal organizations.
- Develop complex reporting related to multiple disparate lines of business to evaluate strategies and tactics to grow business.
- Partner with Finance team to monitor budgets and usage, develop purchase orders and monitor payments to over 40 vendors worldwide.
- Support usage and revenue forecasting for full product suite.
- Develop customer facing materials for regular operations reviews with tier 1 clients.
- Partner closely with market vertical teams for forecast and planning.
- Coordinate and manage regular internal operations reviews with matrix support teams.
- Act as liaison to peer product organizations in developing best practices for planning and forecasting.
- Leverage data to develop KPIs, measure success, and influence strategy
- Maintain a high level of awareness of privacy and appropriate usage of data under analysis.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
