Requirements
  • Experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
  • Respond professionally and thoughtfully to frustrated customers while listening carefully and communicating clearly.
  • Stay organized and detail-oriented while managing multiple cases and following through on commitments.
  • Take ownership of customer problems and drive them to resolution.
Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints related to damages, order discrepancies, and other concerns.
  • Provide updates on order status and follow up with customers on outstanding orders.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and other internal departments to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
  • Update customer records and track orders to facilitate accurate and timely issue resolution.
  • Identify recurring customer issues, suggest process improvements, and report findings to management.
  • Work with other customer service representatives and teams to ensure seamless customer service and support.

Culinary Depot Opens Full-Service Store In Lakewood

The Culinary Depot on Wednesday announced it recently opened its fifth location, this time in Lakewood.The Spring Valley, New York-based retail store, known for its commercial kitchen equipment and supplies, has its newest location at 500 Oberlin Ave. S. The store offers all types of commercial kitchen equipment, including tabletop glassware, flatware, furniture, refrigeration, ovens, janitorial supplies and equipment. The Lakewood site also includes offices and a warehouse for local deliveries.Sholem Potash, president and founder, said: “We’ve had some of our top salespeople working out of Lakewood for several years now. It was only natural to open a store there.
