- Community Engagement: Help support project to identify key cause areas that align to the business and development of a strategy for global community engagement; research skills-based volunteer opportunities that align with defined cause areas; process Matching Gifts requests; coordinate internal employee events and campaigns
- Internal Communications: Write articles for company intranet and develop new content for CR site on company intranet
- External Communications: Develop social media content on a variety of CR topics and stories; write case studies for external website demonstrating CR successes for products, operations and people
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Keep a pulse on key corporate responsibility and industry trends
