  • 5+ years of progressive, personal lines experience in carrier relationship management
  • Active P&C Insurance License in resident state or required to obtain this in the first 30 days of employment
  • Proven track record of successfully cultivating and managing Carrier relationships
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, including contract management experience
  • Excels collaborating cross-functionally with senior internal stakeholders
  • Ability to understand and take action based on data trends
  • Attention to detail with good organizational capabilities
  • High aptitude for problem-solving within company guidelines
  • Proficient use of Google Suite (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
Responsibilities
  • Defining the Carrier Relations strategy and roadmap
  • Negotiating and securing access to competitive product portfolio and contract terms
  • Monitoring contract performance for compliance
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with Carriers
  • Running monthly calls and annual business reviews with Carriers
  • Updating the Carrier Matrix for Sales/Service Teams
  • Acting as a subject matter expert on industry trends and market dynamics
