Requirements
  • Two to three years of work experience.
  • Knowledge of safe work practices.
  • Ability to read a tape measure.
  • Math skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to perform prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, climbing stairs, and pulling.
  • Ability to frequently lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and push or pull carts.
  • Hand dexterity and strength.
  • Ability to work around finishing materials, vapors, or fumes on a regular basis.
  • Availability for required overtime, including occasional weekends, sometimes with little or no advance notice.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and report to work regularly.
Responsibilities
  • Learn multiple finishing-room jobs.
  • Move material and use the computerized production-tracking system.
  • Understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Meet production goals and established quality standards.
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform tasks required for the success of the department.

  • One year of production experience or similar experience in carpentry or a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
