Requirements
  • At least 7 years of experience within consumer healthcare, fast-moving consumer goods, or another fast-paced commercial environment.
  • A strong background as a National Account Manager or Senior National Account Manager combined with commercial strategy experience.
  • Experience working across multiple United Kingdom retail channels such as grocery, high street, pharmacy, e-commerce, discount, or marketplace.
  • A strong understanding of commercial planning, category strategy, trade investment, and customer profitability.
  • Experience managing profit and loss, gross-to-net, pricing, promotions, and margin discussions.
  • Experience leading change and influencing cross-functional teams within a matrix organisation.
  • Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and embed the United Kingdom and Ireland commercial strategy, identifying where to win across customers, channels, and categories.
  • Build commercial frameworks, governance, and execution standards that drive profitable, sustainable growth.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Category, Finance, and Revenue Growth Management to translate strategy into commercial action.
  • Create customer propositions and sell-in stories that strengthen retailer partnerships and category growth.
  • Lead commercial input into annual planning, innovation launches, and long-term business planning.
  • Define pricing, promotional, and trade investment principles to maximise return on investment and margin.
  • Support customer growth strategies and ensure execution across grocery, pharmacy, high street, e-commerce, discount, and convenience channels.
  • Monitor commercial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions to improve sales, profitability, and execution.
  • Build relationships with key retail partners, influence commercial direction, and create long-term value.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and drive change across the United Kingdom and Ireland commercial organisation.

  • Knowledge of Revenue Growth Management or Net Revenue Management, omnichannel retail, and Amazon.
