  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in the areas of digital content, online visibility, user experience, paid campaigns and campaign execution.
  • Fluency in French at C2 level and English at C1 level (required).
  • Practical experience with content management system platforms, marketing automation tools and web analytics tools.
  • Ability to create digital experiences that are technically performing and engaging for target audiences.
  • Proactive mindset with strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid mode with local and international teams.
  • Experience managing websites and content: specifically managing websites such as Nicoll.fr and Aliaxis.fr, ensuring structure, content and functionalities support local business objectives.
  • Ability to plan, create, publish and optimize web pages and tools that support campaigns, guide user discovery and engagement, and be optimized for search engine optimization and geolocation optimization.
  • Ability to test and validate new features and fixes, coordinate with IT partners for maintenance, and proactively propose improvements.
  • Ability to deploy the digital roadmap locally and ensure alignment with regional strategies.
  • Ability to deploy EMEA marketing tools on local web platforms and pilot digital campaigns in collaboration with local Brand teams, focusing on web content and marketing automation.
  • Analyze KPIs in collaboration with external agencies to improve tracking and performance of websites, digital campaigns and email campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and propose data-driven improvements.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop the Nicoll.fr and Aliaxis.fr websites, ensuring their structure, content and features support local business objectives.
  • Create and adapt digital content from existing assets to inform, engage and accompany customer decisions throughout their digital journey.
  • Plan, create, publish and optimize web pages and tools that perform, support strategic campaigns, guide user discovery and engagement, and optimize for SEO/geo.
  • Test and validate new features and fixes, coordinate with IT partners for rapid maintenance, and proactively propose improvements.
  • Implement locally the EMEA digital roadmap, ensuring alignment with regional strategies.
  • Deploy EMEA marketing tools on local web platforms.
  • Lead and execute digital campaigns in collaboration with the local Brand team, focused on web content and marketing automation.
  • Analyze KPIs with external agencies to improve tracking and performance of websites, paid digital campaigns and email campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign results and propose data-driven improvements.
  • Support European initiatives by contributing to regional web projects and focusing on high-performing pages and tools that support campaigns, conversions and SEO/GEO visibility.
  • Support European teams in updating sites and campaigns, providing operational guidance and hands-on assistance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Brand, IT, Customer Relationship Management, Trade Marketing) to ensure aligned web execution.
  • Participate in pilot projects exploring AI-based search and personalized user experiences.
