  • BSc in IS, CS, or equivalent experience
  • A+ certification or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT performance analysis and end-user support

  • Proficiency in Helpdesk ticketing system

  • Experience with VPN Client support, Virtual Desktop, and RDP support
  • Knowledge of LAN, WLAN, and WAN IP network technologies
  • Experience with wireless technologies
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat support
  • Experience with Active Directory user and group management
  • Experience with iOS configuration and Smartphone/mobile device deployment
  • Experience with Zoom video conferencing management
  • Ability to work independently and keep in constant communication with team members and Helpdesk Manager
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Physical ability to move equipment of fifty (50) pounds or more
  • 24x7 on-call availability
Responsibilities
  • Monitor Helpdesk ticket queue
  • Process Helpdesk tickets within 15 minutes, adding notes and escalating per procedures
  • Answer call queue calls and submit tickets as necessary
  • Respond to common requests for service
  • Communicate frequently with Helpdesk Manager
  • Provide new employee training
  • Participate in on-call rotation for emergency support phone queue
  • Assist with hardware setup/changes at workstations/offices
  • Maintain and support A/V in conference rooms
  • Monitor/replace printer toner and request refills
  • Update desk hardware during lifecycle windows
  • Support account lockouts in Active Directory
  • Document and maintain IT procedures/guidelines
  • Assist in acquiring service level performance metrics for desktop systems
  • Assist in documenting desktop systems, processes, and training
  • Assist with on-site systems and infrastructure hardware installation and configuration
  • Assist in office move tasks and vendor management
