Requirements
  • Previous spot welding or manufacturing experience is preferred.
  • Ability to read basic blueprints and work instructions.
  • Experience using measuring devices such as tape measures, calipers, and gauges.
  • Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
  • Strong attendance and reliability.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work with metal components.
Responsibilities
  • Operate resistance spot welding equipment to join sheet metal components.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and production travelers.
  • Load, position, and align parts using fixtures and jigs.
  • Verify weld quality through visual inspections and measurement tools.
  • Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns.
  • Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.
  • Follow standard work instructions and manufacturing procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow company safety policies and wear required personal protective equipment.
  • Assist with other manufacturing duties as assigned.
